Since moving to the SoDo Shopping Center from the Florida Mall, Custom T-Shirt N More has blossomed, according to owner Ravi Janwani. Unisex T Shirt
“My business has increased multifold,” Janwani said.
Custom T-Shirt N More, located at 45 W. Crystal Lake St., Ste. 183, prints custom apparel. They can do embroidery or silk screening, and most of the work is done on-site, ensuring a quick turnaround.
Janwani started the local business seven years ago in the Florida Mall. “Many of my clients came from downtown, so [the Florida Mall] was not convenient,” he said.
So, he took a calculated risk to move downtown to the SoDo Shopping Center two years ago, and it has paid off.
Besides customizing apparel, the small business can print on mugs, pens, buttons, bags, lanyards, magnets, koozies, USB drives, water bottles and more. But their main focus is on T-shirts.
Janwani explained that being in an old neighborhood like SoDo, even if it has a newer name, lends his business trust and professionalism. He does a lot of work with convention-goers, and when they look him up online, they need to know that his business is reliable. Janwani is proud of his 5-star rating on Google with nearly 1,000 reviews.
“Every single customer is a godsend for me,” Janwani expressed heartfully. “For any business to be successful, you must have a return customer.”
